I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE
No worries. Here's what you need to do:
- Place a new order for the correct size. (Check the sizing chart for more info). We'll get that processed for you ASAP.
- Email shop@andrewneeme.com with your order number for the original/wrong size and we'll send you the details to complete your return.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed during normal business hours, M-F. Please allow 2-3 days for full processing. Orders received after 2pm PST will be processed the following business day.
SHIPPING
After processing, items that are in stock will be packed for delivery via USPS. Shipping times depend on your location. Most domestic packages will arrive within 2-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPPING
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. Please check with your country's customs office to determine procedures and what these additional costs will be.
We ship our packages via USPS.
USPS tracking ends once the package reaches the destination country. At this point it is marked as delivered. If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.
International orders will arrive within 15-20 business days, depending on customs. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. You, the customer are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence.
Favorable Apparel is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Favorable Apparel to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your county's customs office to determine these charges.
Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

I JUST PLACED MY ORDER. CAN I ADD ANOTHER ITEM TO IT?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order.
