RETURNS / EXCHANGES
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You can return any item that is unused and in the same condition that you received it within 14 days of delivery.
If 14 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it.
Items not eligible for refunds/exchanges
- Any downloadable digital products
- Any item not in it's original condition.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Email shop@andrewneeme.com with RETURN: ORDER NO #### in the subject line.
Let us know what you are returning and why. Once your return is approved, instructions for returns will be sent.
We will not accept any packages that have not been approved for a return.
REFUNDS (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit, less the cost of original shipping will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within -7-10 business days
RETURN SHIPPING
Once you have received instructions for return, please ship the item back using a secure method with tracking. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow return process above for the item in your possession and then go ahead and place a brand new order for the item you wish to have instead.
