SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed during normal business hours, M-F. Please allow 1-2 days for full processing. Orders received after 2pm PST will be processed the following business day.

After processing, items that are in stock will be packed for delivery via USPS. Shipping times depend on your location. Most domestic packages will arrive within 1-7 business days.

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders for a limited time. 

Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will arrive within 15-20 business days, depending on customs. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. You, the customer are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by your country of residence.

Andrew Neeme is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Andrew Neeme to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your county's customs office to determine these charges

Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

 **During holiday seasons please keep in mind that postal delivery services are busier than usual.
